By enrolling your child in our online classes, you agree to the following:
1. Full Payment Confirmation
– Your child’s enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We follow a first-come, first-served policy.
2. No Refund Policy
– Once the lesson has commenced, no refunds will be issued, even if your child is unable to attend. Please ensure your child’s availability before booking.
3. No Video Recordings for Crash Courses
– If your child misses a class, no video recordings will be provided for Crash Courses. It is your responsibility to ensure attendance at scheduled lessons.
4. Camera Requirement
– Your child *must keep their camera on* throughout the lesson to facilitate active participation and engagement.
5. Homework and Assignments
– Students are expected to complete any assigned homework.
6. Disruptive Behavior
– To maintain a conducive learning environment, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take action, including muting, removal from the session, or dismissal from the program if necessary.
7. Trial and Suitability
– If after the first lesson we determine that your child is unsuitable for the class (due to behavior or other reasons), we reserve the right to discontinue their enrollment. In such cases, a refund will be provided for remaining lessons.
8. Non-Transferable and No Make-Up Classes
– Payments and lessons are non-transferable.
9. Intellectual Property
– All custom-made class materials, notes, and resources are for your child’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from Bestminds Academy.
10. Marketing
– You agree that photos and videos featuring your child, taken during classes, may be used by Bestminds Academy for marketing purposes.

Bestminds Academy – Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child in our classes, you agree to the following:
1. Full Payment Confirmation
- Your child’s seat is confirmed only upon full payment. Enrolment is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. No Refund Policy
- Once a lesson has started, no refunds will be given, regardless of attendance.
- For withdrawals after enjoying promotional rates or package discounts, any discounts will be voided, and refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on the full, undiscounted rate.
3. Video Recordings
- If your child misses a lesson, a ClassIn recording will be provided. Recordings remain available for three (3) months from the date of recording.
4. Camera Policy for Online Lessons
- Students must have their cameras switched on with their full face visible for the entire lesson to ensure participation and engagement.
5. Homework and Assignments
- Students are expected to complete at least 80% of assigned homework.
- MCQ answers must not be left blank, and handwriting must be legible for marking.
6. Disruptive Behaviour
- Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Actions may include muting, removal from the session, or dismissal from the programme.
7. Trial and Suitability
- If, after the first lesson, we determine that your child is unsuitable for the class, we reserve the right to discontinue enrollment. Refunds will be issued for remaining lessons.
8. Make-Up Classes
- Lessons and fees are non-transferable. Missed lessons may be replaced within the same week for the same level, subject to availability. Fees for missed lessons are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
- All materials, notes, and resources are for your child’s personal use only. Sharing or distributing them without written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Marketing Consent
- Photos and videos taken during lessons that include your child may be used for marketing purposes by Bestminds Academy.
