Promotional trial lesson
Available for Primary 5 or Primary 6. Paying for or attending a trial lesson does not reserve a permanent place in that class.

Registration & Learning Pack
The Bestminds Learning Pack includes current-year notes, worksheets and revision resources. It is charged once per academic year and is not prorated, so every student receives the full pack whenever they join. Bukit Timah students collect it at the centre; online, Tampines and Yishun students receive it by mail at no extra charge.
The registration fee is waived only when a stated promotion applies. Registration and Learning Pack fees are normally non-refundable; exceptions are set out in the Handbook.

Discounted packages must cover at least 12 lessons; academic-year packages are paid upfront.
New academic-year packages cannot begin in MOE Terms 3 or 4.
The discount is based on the first lesson covered, not payment date. The quotation must state the lessons and discount.
How payment cycles work
Each payment cycle normally covers four lessons, for example Lessons 1 to 4, Lessons 5 to 8, and so on. If fewer than four lessons remain before the programme ends, you pay only for the lessons remaining.
Payment is due at least one week before the next cycle begins. Up to two WhatsApp reminders may be sent after the third lesson. If payment remains outstanding when the next cycle starts, the seat may be released to a waiting-list student.

An optional priority-waitlist deposit, equal to two lesson fees, is separate and offsets fees on enrolment.
Trial Lesson
A trial lesson is a single session at a flat $50.
Seats in the weekly class are confirmed only upon registration.

Includes current-year notes, worksheets and revision resources, plus access to relevant earlier lesson recordings while enrolled.
